The 2023 HaiZhi Forum hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology opened in Changchun, Jilin province on April 26. The theme of the forum was Gathering HaiZhi Power, Building talent Highland. More than 200 representatives from 22 countries participated in the opening ceremony, including representatives from local science and technology associations, national societies, and HaiZhi program bases. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the National Nature Foundation and other relevant departments attended the forum.
Professor Gao Yue, as the Director of the UK Working Committee of the China Society of Communications, was invited to attend and gave a report on the development of the UK Working Committee of the China Society of Communications.
