In order to enhance communication between teachers and students and enhance team cohesion, INC Intelligent Network and Computing Lab successfully organized a spring outing activity in Gongqing National Forest Park on May 13th. A total of 22 teachers and students participated in the activity and wore team costumes customized by the lab. This activity is rich in content, full of interaction and fun, so that students can relax their body and mind and refresh their mental outlook after the intense study and research work.
First of all, we had a buffet barbecue in Gongqing National Forest Park for lunch, which was divided into five groups led by teachers. From food preparation to baking, we did everything by ourselves, which not only enhanced the fun of lunch, but also increased the interaction and communication between teachers and students, and also celebrated the birthdays of teachers and students in April and May.
After lunch, the second activity was CS paintball shooting. A total of 18 teachers and students participated in the shooting, divided into the green team and the yellow team. The teachers and students put on professional clothes and protective gear and went into the forest of the activity site to compete.
The third activity is roller skating and rowing, which fully exercises students' teamwork ability. There are various forms of activities. Some students have a rest and chat on the grass, and play football.
This laboratory group building activity has enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. Through interaction and communication, teachers and students can better understand each other, trust and help each other, which is of great significance to the development of the laboratory and the growth of students.
