On September 15, the Satellite Innovation Institute held the first report of the series of 20 academicians to celebrate the spirit of scientists, and invited Yu Quan to deliver a special report titled Starlink's business model and military Potential. Academician Yu Quan analyzed the construction and operation of Starlink, analyzed the application value of giant constellations in navigation enhancement and other fields, shared the enlightenment of Starlink on the development of low-orbit constellations, and proposed the future development direction of demand focus, rapid iteration and technological innovation.
